What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum quantity depends on the selected product and is stated in its description. Many gifts can be ordered from as few as 20 units, while personalised Skrīveru Gotiņa sweets can be ordered from as little as 1 kg. If you need a smaller quantity, contact us and we will explore the available options.

How much do gifts with a logo cost?

The price depends on the selected sweets, packaging, personalisation, and order quantity. Product pages show prices for different quantities. For a custom gift set, we will prepare a separate quotation.

How do I place an order?

Choose a gift, quantity, and available design option, then place your order on the website. If you need assistance or a specially customised gift set, complete the “Request a Quote” form.

Can I receive a quotation before placing an order?

Yes! Specify the gift you are interested in, the quantity, your preferred delivery date, and, if possible, your budget. We will prepare a quotation and help you finalise the details.

Can you help me choose gifts?

Of course! Tell us who the gifts are for, how many you need, and how much you would like to spend on each gift. We will recommend suitable sweets and presentation options.

Can I choose different sweets for the gift set?

For products that offer a choice of contents, you can select one of the available options. If you would prefer a different combination, send us your requirements. We will check which sweets fit the selected packaging and confirm the price.

How can a gift be personalised?

Depending on the product, you can choose a personalised sweet label, card, sleeve, or another packaging design. We can add your company logo, a greeting, or a custom design. The available options are listed in the product description.

Can I order gifts with text but without a company logo?

Yes! The design can include a greeting, name, date, or any other text that is important to you. These gifts are also suitable for weddings, anniversaries, and other celebrations.

Do I need to prepare the design myself?

You can submit your own print-ready artwork or entrust its creation to us. Send us your logo, preferred text, colours, and ideas. Before we begin, we will confirm the cost of preparing the design.

What format should I use for the logo?

It is best to send the logo in a vector format, such as AI, EPS, SVG, or a PDF containing vector artwork. If you only have a PNG or JPG file, send it in the highest possible quality. We will check whether it is suitable for the selected design option.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. Before production, we will send you the artwork for approval. Please carefully check the text, logo, and all other details. Production will begin once you have approved it.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Production time depends on the product, quantity, and design. For personalised Skrīveru Gotiņa sweets, it is usually 1.5 to 2 weeks. We will confirm the exact timeframe when finalising the order. If the gifts are needed for a specific event, please indicate the date by which you need to receive them.

Can you fulfil an urgent order?

If you need the gifts sooner, contact us and specify the product, quantity, and required delivery date. We will check production availability and inform you of any applicable surcharge.

How far in advance should I order Christmas gifts?

We recommend contacting us as soon as you know the approximate number of gifts and your budget. Order volumes increase before the holidays, so planning ahead will give you plenty of time to choose the gifts and approve the design.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order on the website or, after approving an individual quotation, by invoice. Enter your company details during checkout.

How can I receive my order?

Choose one of the available delivery or collection options during checkout. For custom orders, the delivery or collection arrangements and costs will be specified in the quotation.

Can I change the quantity or design after placing my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Whether changes can be made depends on whether material preparation or production has already begun. We will check what can still be changed and inform you of the impact on the price and delivery time.

Where can I find information about ingredients and allergens?

You can find this information in the selected product’s description and on its packaging. If we are creating a custom gift set or you have specific requirements, ask us about the ingredients of the particular sweets before placing your order.
